About me
I'm an Engineering Manager and principal-level frontend engineer with 15+ years spent architecting, scaling and modernising large customer-facing platforms across SaaS, cybersecurity and enterprise domains.
Today I lead a cross-geography team of engineers at HivePro, a threat-exposure management company — owning hiring, performance, career growth and the technical roadmap. I've never stopped being hands-on: I define the architecture for the React + TypeScript platform we ship, and I led the end-to-end re-architecture that cut page load time by roughly 63% while lifting Core Web Vitals, accessibility and developer velocity along with it.
Before HivePro I built customer-facing systems at Viasat with React, Node.js and GraphQL, introduced monorepo and micro-frontend architecture so teams could ship independently, and spent seven years at Cisco (via Zensar) migrating legacy Backbone/Marionette apps onto React and driving TypeScript and shared component libraries across teams.
The thread running through all of it is an AI-first mindset. I bring LLMs into both the product experience and the engineering workflow — coding assistants, automated testing and documentation, and full production pipelines built on Gemini, ElevenLabs and n8n. This domain is where that plays out in the open: everything you see here runs on a Proxmox home lab I designed and operate, exposed through Cloudflare Tunnels.
